Requesting Support

JHZ-CS primarily provides solution services on a project basis. The process is very straight forward structured to accommodate both those less familiar with application systems design and development as well as IT experts (see; JHZ-CS Process Method for more information).

The Proposal Process in Brief

The process begins with you briefly describing your project objectives using the "Request An Initial Requirements Analysis" form. Then, JHZ-CS performs an initial requirements analysis. This is commonly referred to as an RFP (Request For Proposal). The initial analysis is without cost or obligation. The overall project solution path is evaluated for feasibility, required resources, cost and time-to-complete. An e-mail dialog is conducted to further refine the project specifications. Nearing the conclusion of the initial requirements analysis a project proposal is drafted and further refinement is performed and various aspects are negotiated to derive the best plan to achieve the objectives of the project. At the conclusion, a Project Agreement is generated and submitted for final approval.

The Project Agreement in Brief

Each JHZ-CS Project Agreement includes the final project cost and time to complete the project (days from project start). Both cost and time to complete are fixed; not estimated. The Project Agreement also describes the project objects and how they are to be achieved as well as any additional terms involving the project such as copyright ownership and any dependencies and requirements on behalf of all parties.

Getting Started

To get started, go to the Services Area by clicking the "Services" tab on any page. You will notice there are a series of service categories. Select the one that most closely meets the type of work you need to have done. Then, on any of the Service description pages click "Request Initial Requirements Analysis" and complete the requested information. Typically you can anticipate a reply in not more than three business days.
