Ordering solutions is simple and straight forward. The online portion of the process registers your order with JHZ-CS online with an automated copy of your request being e-mailed to you. You simply print and complete the order form, sign it and date it (affirming your acknowledgment and acceptance of the JHZ-CS Software License Agreement as accepted by you at a previous step of the ordering process), then include your completed order form with payment and mail it to JHZ-CS; instructions are provided on the order form. Upon JHZ-CS's receipt of your mailed order form with payment, your are emailed instructions for immediate download.

Purchasing JHZ-CS Customizable Ready-made Solutions is easy. Simply access the Solutions area by clicking the "Solutions" tab at the top of any page. Then, locate the solution(s) desired. You may add solutions to an order in a variety of ways:

  • Click "ORDER" on the various Solution description pages

    An "ORDER" button is located on all solution description pages. To add the solution to an existing order, click the ORDER button. An order is created if one does not exist. The order is updated and displayed.

  • Using the Solutions Price List

    Access the Solutions Price List from any page by selecting "Price List" from the SOLUTIONS tab drop down menu that appears when you position the cursor over the SOLUTIONS tab.

    Add a series of solutions to an order by checking the "ADD" check boxes next to the desired items, then click "Add Checked Items To Current Order" located at the bottom of the Price List.

    To add individuals items from the Price List click the "ORDER" buttons at the right of each item.

  • Bundled Solution Packages

    JHZ-CS offerings include a series of Solution Packages. Use the Solution Package Selector to identify the correct package to meet your specific requirements. Simply follow the instructions to specify the target website's specifications. The appropriate package is recommended along with suggestions for complimentary add-ons that are available to enhance the solution package.

  • Display An Order at Anytime

    Click the "ORDER" tab located at the top of any page will display your current order along with links and instructions to complete your order.
