Click the "SUPPORT" tab at the top of any page.

Read "Common Issues" for the current issue.

Locate the solution in the "Technical Support Matrix".

Read the "Usage" information and verify your installation and configuration.

Read the "FAQs" information for known resolution for the current issue .
If you are unable to locate the solution to your current issue, then click "SUPPORT" to the right of the solution the issue pertains. Then, provide the information requested to describe the issue. Then click SEND and an automated confirmation e-mail is sent to you containing the information you provided (if you do not receive an confirmation email, contact me via email at jzisch@jhz-cs.com). Retain the confirmation e-mail for future reference. Following evaluation of the issue, a solution will be e-mailed to you. Anticipate a response within three business days*.
