FAQs
Can I modify Order Processor to use a different credit card merchant service?
Yes, simply request the modification document and obtain the API documentation from the new service. If you need assistance, JHZ-CS is available on a project basis to provide you with customization services.
Can I configure Order Processor to hold transactions so that I can process them manually?
Yes, you can configure it to function manually or automatically.
Is my customer information protected from unauthorized access?
You must assure all authorizations and protections are properly configured on your server in order to protect your customer information. In addition, it is recommended that you regularly download your customer archives, back them up on a PC platform, then remove them from your server once they have been successfully processed. However, since your customer's non-sensitive information is kept separately and is used during their subsequent visits to your website, only remove the order information files from your server.
